Hull cleaning, blasting and coating
- Encapsulation / protection of sensitive equipment
- Degreasing of topsides
- Scraping of vessel’s underwater areas
- HP washing (150 – 350 bar)
- Wet and dry grit blasting to owner / client specification: SA 1, SA 2, SA 2.5 and SA 3 standard
- Blowing down after grit blasting
- Paint application by airless spray
- Silicone paint application
- Cleaning of dry dock and safe disposal of barnacles / sea growth / spent grit / empty paint tins at registered municipal landfill site and issuing of safe disposal certificate
- Supply of non-potable Water for HP washing
- Marking out existing names by stencil / masking tape
- Line-cutting, sign-writing of names, plimsoll marks, port of registry etc.
Tank pumping and cleaning
- Opening and closing of tank man hole covers
- Pumping and safe disposal of contaminated water, grey water, sewage, contaminated fuel from tanks at registered municipal landfill sites and issuing of safe disposal certificates
- Supply of tank guards with gas detectors
- Supply of marine chemists to inspect and declare tanks safe for man-entry
- Installation of temporary ventilation and lighting as well as the maintenance and removal of these systems on completion
- Cleaning of HFO, MDO, IFO, sundry, grey water, sewage, ballast, fresh water tanks, cargo holds, fish holds, voids and spaces
- Purging of pipelines
- Mud / sludge removal

Engine room bilges
